Nmabiar District 25 new-launch ultra-luxury Residential project in Bangalore

In East Bangalore, Karnataka, the Nambiar Group built the brand-new, very high-end Nambiar District 25. It is close to Muthanallur Cross and Sarjapur Road, which are both famous spots. Over 100 acres, there are 4000 high-end Vaastu houses. The 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK units range in size from 1200 to 2500 square feet. Each one costs at least Rs 1.47 Crores. There are 36 Towers in the first part of this new apartment building on Sarjapur Road. There are G+32 floors in each one. Each tower has four flats, and they are all in the ends of the floor.

The Nambiar Sarjapur Nambiar District 25 Apartments will take the stage for the first time on December 10, 2024. The project is in the prelaunch stage right now. No one will be able to book ahead of time after September 10, 2024. The high-end project is set to be finished in four years, in December 2028. And the people who buy it will be able to move in that same month. With prelaunch, people can buy homes before they even hit the market, and builders can get the money they need before they get permissions.
